The Average Agent
When we obtain our real estate license, we are taught to believe…(ok Brainwashed)….into being a Transactional-Reaction based agent. What does this look look like?
Definition: Always looking and working for the next deal, i.e. Lead generation, door knocking, cold calling, farming, etc. This agent meets the transactional needs only, has the mindset of a salesperson, cashes a check and moves on to the next deal. Their business is always peaks and valleys.
This type of agent tends to be “reaction based” instead of “proactive based.” It’s estimated that this type of agent spends over 75% of their time looking for new business to keep afloat…..Seem familiar?….how many times have you heard from friends, family that they never hear from their agent, never know what’s going on, etc.?
This is NOT the way I do business and will never do it!

My business model is really explained by one word: Relationships.
I focus on relationships, building my business for the long term, and always striving to meet the relational AND transactional needs of my clients throughout the real estate process and well after we close escrow.
I believe in providing top notch service 100% of the time. I work for my clients goals, not my own and I don’t spend my time and money chasing leads and playing the “rat race” game.
95% of my business is built on referrals and word of mouth. This allows me to focus on what’s important, helping my clients through one of the biggest transactions they will make in their lifetime. Instead of spending over 75% of my time trying to find new clients and business, I am able to focus that time on you!
