Prelisting Interview: We obtain information we need to start evaluating your property via phone and set up a prelisting appointment at your home.
Prelisting Appointment: We will tour your home, obtain information on condition, amenities, recent repairs and updates and discuss your goals and time-frame to sell. We will also provide you our “pre-listing” packet with important information about the selling process and our services. We will also set up on 2nd appointment to meet at our office to go over the extensive market evaluation of your property and our qualifications to market your home.
Value Report and Marketing Meeting: We will review our dynamic and Visual pricing graphs and information, providing you real time data about your neighborhood as well as your city and a quick overview of the market in general for our area.
